This project aimed to investigate the process of exporting cloth simulations from Cinema 4D to Unity, and subsequently to WebGL.
Utilizing the new Balloon cloth tab in Cinema 4D 2023, the simulation was exported as a PLA (Point Cache Animation) file. The Mega-Fiers plugin was employed to handle this PLA data, and DOTween was used for state animations.
Despite the significant increase in file size due to the PLA data, I was impressed by the smooth export to WebGL
